Initial Consultation: The Campfire Experience happily provides an initial consultation with you to get to know you and understand your vision. We help our clients execute events from top to bottom. From creative concepting to location scouting to event production, we work best as an extension of your team. Depending on your needs and goals, we adjust our focus to be an efficient and effective partner. 

Experience Concepting & Design: We have standard packages, like our Boho Lounge or our Glamping Villages that can quickly enhance any event or festival. If standard is not your thing, we work with our clients on understanding their brand and their vision. We, then, craft and present custom concepts that can meet or exceed our client's goals. 

Site Visit: Once we have agreed on a concept, our team will plan a site visit to ensure the vision you have can be executed in the location you have selected. 

Transportation & Logistics: We do the dirty work! We load and drive trucks across the country to be certain our custom pieces arrive on time and in perfect condition for your event or festival. 

Event Execution: Our team transforms your space into a beautiful glamping experience that will leave your community eager to instagram each nook and cranny.  We know how to efficiently set-up these experiences because that's where we've put in our 10,000 hours.
